Returns of Supplement Products
Thanks for purchasing our products at andrahealth.com operated by Andra Health Ltd.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 28 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged in any way and unopened in the case of supplements.
Please note that we do not offer free returns and you are responsible for ensuring your return makes it to us safely and in a timely manner. Returns must be posted to us at:

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 28 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds of Services
Unfortunately we are unavailable to offer cash refunds on any of our services. This includes any block paid services.
Services are non-transferable between individuals and we are unable to exchange for an alternative service.
In exceptional circumstances refunds may be offered in the forms of vouchers valid for any Andra Health service for 6 months.
