Who doesn’t love a big ole plate of pancakes? For breakfast, brunch, or heck, even dinner, they’re a dish for all and any occasions. Rose whipped up this super simple banana variation, for a sweet and different take on this classic dish.

Makes: 1 portions

INGREDIENTS

1 ripe banana
1 egg
30g oats
1 tsp baking powder
For topping: 50g berries 1 tsp honey max

METHOD

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the banana, egg, oats and baking powder.

  2. Cook in a hot pan until golden on both sides.

  3. Top with fruit and honey.
